Mobile Tank Calibration Rig

JWF Process Solutions asked BES to develop a design for a mobile flow rig. The components and footprint were provided as a scope and design basis.
The mobile flow/calibration rig was been developed with a special focus on the drinks industry in order to calibrate tanks and obtain the most accurate measurements of quantities.

• Field Calibration of tanks
• Verification of volumetric levels
• Dosing and Batching
• In-situ verification of flow meters
