Chemical Injection RIg

JWF Process Solutions contracted BES design a chemical injection rig. The scope was to design the panel based on a P & ID and size constraints. In total 20 chemical injection panels were manufactured for a major oil and gas producer, to be used for their operations overseas.

The panels were to be utilised in their paraffin inhibitor at the wellheads and will measure a representative value of paraffin to be injected using VA meters and controlled by metering valves.
